2.  50 grit, 100, 200, 400, 500, 800, 1500 and 3000 grit. 50 grit through 400 grit are electro-plated diamond 

3. 500 grit through 3000 grit are resin bonded diamond pads. After 400 grit electro-plated pad is used, a 500 grit resin bonded pad makes the polishing transition smoothly.
