Reason:

1. The number of twists is not enough

2. The tension is too large

3. The line speed is too low

 

Solution:

1. Cut and re-twist,increase the number of laps appropriately.

2. Reduce the feed current and reduce the tension.

3. Adjust the line speed appropriately.
